Refund policy
At Deoro, every piece is carefully selected and quality checked before it leaves us. Many of our pieces are vintage or pre-loved, and part of their charm lies in their history — small signs of age, patina, or wear are natural characteristics of vintage jewellery and are not considered faults. We will always note any significant wear in the product description so you can shop with confidence. We hope you love your order, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.
How to Return To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@deorojewellery.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.
Eligibility Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges As many of our pieces are one of a kind, like-for-like exchanges may not always be possible. We'll do our best to find you something you love, or offer a full refund.
Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and we will resolve this as a priority.
